Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

It must be in the original packaging

You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email)
To start a return, please contact our support team at help@nik-tin.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
